Part of one of the world’s oldest coffee traditions, Mattari is prized for its heritage, rarity, and unmistakable character. Grown using age-old methods, the beans are naturally dense, highly aromatic, and often irregular in shape—an authentic mark of traditional Yemeni coffee.
