Our Taiz Choco coffee beans come from the highlands of Taloog in the Taiz region of Yemen, an area known for producing bold, expressive coffees with deep sweetness. Grown at high altitude and sun-dried using traditional natural processing, these beans reflect the rich agricultural heritage of southern Yemen. Despite years of conflict in the region, local farmers continue to protect and sustain their coffee farms, preserving generations-old cultivation traditions under challenging conditions.
In the cup, expect a full-bodied and smooth profile with pronounced chocolate notes, layered with ripe grape and plum. The medium roast highlights the coffee’s natural sweetness and depth, delivering a balanced yet character-driven Yemen Mocha experience.
